Sonali Raj

Sonali Raj has over nine years of experience in human resources and employee relations, currently holding the position of Manager & Associate Care Partner at Mastech Digital since September 2017. Previous roles at Mastech Digital include Assistant Manager of US HR, Lead HR and Associate Care Partner, Senior Associate Care Partner, and Associate Care Partner. Prior to this, Sonali worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at ACRO HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for a brief period in 2017 and served as a Retention Specialist at Beno Support Pvt. Ltd. from June 2014 to March 2017. Sonali holds a B.Sc. in Fashion Tech with a specialization in Fashion/Apparel Design from YMCA Institute of Management Studies, completed between 2009 and 2012.
