Rick Cairney

Rick Cairney is currently the Director of Policy and Public Affairs at Master Builders SA. Previously, they served as a Commissioner at the South Australian Employment Tribunal and managed their own consulting firm, Rick Cairney Consulting, specializing in public policy and advocacy. From 2004 to 2015, they held various roles at Business SA, culminating in their position as Director of Policy, where they significantly influenced strategic policy direction and media engagement. Rick began their career as a Principal Consultant at EMA Consulting, representing employers in industrial relations matters. They are pursuing a degree in Business Management at Adelaide University.
