Amber Braaten

Amber Braaten is currently serving as the IT Operations Controller at Master Electronics, where responsibilities include managing IT incident and service request processes, monitoring essential production servers, solving recurring issues, and facilitating communication among IT teams since January 2023. Simultaneously, Amber holds the position of IT Service Desk Controller at Per Scholas and contributes as the Alumni Engagement Chair on the Board of Advisors. Previously, Amber worked as an Information Technology Desktop Support at ElectraMeccanica from September 2022 to January 2023 and engaged in homeschooling as a teacher and homemaker from August 2020 to September 2022. Amber's formal education in technology was completed at Per Scholas between March 2022 and June 2022.
