Donald Ferdinand is a seasoned retail professional with a solid background in management and sales. At Sprint, Donald served as Store Manager at the Lake Grove Mall, where responsibilities included training representatives in social media strategies to increase foot traffic and developing marketing materials. Subsequently, Donald managed a high-traffic location in Brentwood, NY, which had previously struggled to meet sales quotas. Transitioning to T-Mobile, Donald was brought on to revitalize a challenged store in the Westfield Mall, overseeing a team of sales representatives and an assistant manager.
