Kent LeeMaster has extensive experience in digital and commercial operations, holding leadership roles at prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Onlinecomponents.com at Master Electronics, Kent previously led digital transformation initiatives at Mölnlycke, where a new commercial operations team was established, significantly enhancing employee engagement and reducing vacancy rates. At Kimberly-Clark, Kent oversaw global eCommerce strategies that propelled substantial revenue growth, while earlier roles at Amazon included managing a substantial P&L and launching new product categories.
