Larry Chaplin has a strong work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Larry started their career at Schneider Logistics in 1980, where they held various roles including VP and Director of Schneider National Maintenance. In 2000, they co-founded IOgistics and grew it to over 30 associates before selling it to GENCO in 2003. Larry then became the President of the Transportation Division of GENCO until 2006. In the same year, they joined Master Fleet, LLC as the President, a role they continue to hold.
Larry Chaplin attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1967 to 1971, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics/History. Larry then pursued further education at Boston University from 1973 to 1975, focusing on studies toward an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
