Monte Dhatt

Monte Dhatt is the Global Vice President of Sales at Master Fluid Solutions, a position they began in 2023. Previously, Monte held various leadership roles at Master Fluid Solutions, including Managing Director for Europe and Commercial Director for Europe, where they were responsible for P&L management and developing long-term growth strategies. Earlier in their career, Monte served as Vice President of Business Development at Coss Systems from 2003 to 2006. Monte also contributed to the aerospace sector, notably developing a three-year AOP for the Aerospace SBU and supporting global business development efforts.
