Dr. Sujith Perera is a Principal Scientist and Senior Test Methods Development Manager currently working at Master Fluid Solutions, where they conduct lubricant additive formulation research and support technical and business teams. They have extensive experience in transferring chemical processes from lab to manufacturing, bringing products to market under tight deadlines, and reducing customer complaints through innovative solutions. Prior to their current role, Dr. Perera contributed to research and development at The Lubrizol Corporation and completed postdoctoral studies at The University of Akron. They earned a B.Sc.
