Jarett Smith is an accomplished HVAC-R and operations leader, currently serving as Branch Director at The Master Group, Canada's largest HVAC-R distributor. With over 20 years of progressive experience, Jarett has previously held significant roles such as Division Manager at UPTIME and Branch Manager at Wolseley Canada Inc., where they successfully launched a new branch location. Jarett's expertise lies in leading teams, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and enhancing operational efficiencies, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction. They are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Toronto.
