Inception: From 1996 - 2001, Paresh gained experience as a Software Developer and conceived an idea during the Y2K crisis to aid those facing joblessness. Using industry expertise and his network, successfully helped individuals secure jobs. This inspired the creation of Master Mind Consultancy on August 15’ 01, with a mission to connect talent with opportunities and impact the job market.

Vision: Initially bridging job seekers and employers, our vision evolved into a leading recruitment consultancy. We aim to set new quality and innovation standards, dedicated to a brighter future for job seekers and employers.

Challenges: challenges we faced were like ongoing assignments, emerging daily, and requiring our attention and creative solutions They served as stepping stones, driving us forward on our journey, rather than roadblocks.
