Hamza Khalil

Hamza Khalil is an experienced HR and organizational development professional with a strong background in leading HR operations and talent engagement initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Program Director for the Outsource Unit at Master Works, Hamza previously held positions such as Organizational Development Dammam Station Head at SGS - Saudi Ground Services, where responsibilities included station-wide HR operations and designing talent engagement programs. As Human Resource Manager at Al Qahtani Vehicle and Machinery Company, Hamza directed comprehensive HR functions and transformed HR policies. Experience also includes serving as Organizational Development Manager at AlQahtani Pipe Coating Industries, leading collaboration with Deloitte to establish company policies, and managing large-scale manpower and housing maintenance projects for SABIC.
