Daniel Poblete Reyes

Daniel Poblete Reyes has over 25 years of experience in the fields of strategy, finance, operations, and consulting. From 2017 to present, they have been the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer for MasterBase®. From 2010 to 2017, they were the Chief Financial Officer for Estec, where they were responsible for the strategic planning of the company and the professionalization of management, creating areas of planning and management control, personnel, credit and collections, in addition to the management of the accounting, treasury, administration, tax, legal, and subsidiaries. During their time there, they were able to position the company as number one in the structured cabling market in both sales and results, and exceeded the projected indices by more than 7%. From 2004 to 2010, they were the Manager of Operations for Thales Services, where they were responsible for the operation of the company in Chile, reporting directly to France, Spain, and the United States. Daniel created and managed the Operations Management, designing, implementing, and budgeting the branch, and was responsible for the operational and financial management of projects in the areas of systems, aerospace, business intelligence, among others. From 2002 to 2004, they were the Manager of the Consulting Area for Telefónica Móviles mAs, where they were responsible for the creation and management of the Change Management Management, and later the Knowledge Management Management, to implement a new way of working. From 1999 to 2002, they were the Area Manager of Design and Organization for BBVA, where they optimized the functionalities of the bank's systems and business processes, and successfully implemented the change of all the bank's processes in the introduction of the BBVA Altamira system. From 1993 to 1999, they were the Leader of Consulting Projects for Quam Ingenieros Consultores, leading and developing projects for the main customers of the company, such as Banco Bhif (now BBVA), Banco Internacional, Entel, Metrogas, Masisa, among others.

Daniel Poblete Reyes graduated from Blue Valley High School in Kansas, USA in 1985 after completing their senior year. Daniel then attended the Universidad de Santiago de Chile from 1987 to 1992, where they earned an Industrial Engineer degree in Engineering. Daniel continued their studies at the same university from 1993 to 1999, graduating with a Civil Industrial Engineer degree in Engineering.
