Michael Kamler has extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and professional development across various organizations. At Laureate International Universities, Michael served as a Recruitment Advisor, focusing on candidate assessments and admissions processes. As a Team Leader at McKinsey & Company, Michael led teams, developed professional capabilities, and managed career development initiatives. Further roles at McKinsey included oversight of professional development for Knowledge Experts and Analysts, as well as serving as an Organizational Consultant, where Michael diagnosed and improved organizational culture for clients. Currently, as Head of Human Resources & Administration at MasterBorn, Michael has driven significant HR transformations and cost reductions while optimizing organizational structures.
