Stanisław Kwiatkowski

Stanisław Kwiatkowski has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Stanisław started their career as an Economist at the National Bank of Poland in 2010. Stanisław then joined McKinsey & Company in 2012, where they worked as a Junior/Regular/Team Leader before being promoted to Content Director/Expert. At McKinsey, they led large-scale transformations and was responsible for recruiting, evaluations, and people growth. In 2017, they joined the Instytut Edukacji Ekonomicznej im. Ludwiga von Misesa as a Fellow, where they managed day-to-day operations and contributed to long-term strategy development. Stanisław also worked as a Member of the Management Board at the institute. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Product Delivery at MasterBorn since January 2024, and previously served as the Head of Product Team.

Stanisław Kwiatkowski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wroclaw in 2009. Stanisław then pursued a Master's degree in Economics from the same university, which they completed in 2011. During the same period, from 2009 to 2011, they also studied Finance at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Business Process Analyst certification from myInvenio in 2018, and completed courses in Intermediate Python for Data Science and Intro to Python for Data Science from DataCamp in 2017. Stanisław also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) from the University of Cambridge.
