Becky Lower, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll administration and analysis, with a career spanning multiple companies and a variety of roles in payroll processing and support. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Analyst at MasterBrand, Inc., Becky oversees payroll for over 10,000 associates across 40 states, providing comprehensive tax support and ensuring efficient payroll operations. Previous roles include Payroll Administrator at Performance Systems Integration, Payroll Specialist at UTi Worldwide and PCC Structurals, and Payroll Associate at Global Atlantic Financial Group, among others. Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and General Management from Portland State University and has a solid track record of streamlining payroll processes and enhancing customer service throughout the payroll cycle.
