Jon Hilgeman, CSP, currently serves as the Director of Environment Health Safety at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. after progressing from the role of Senior Manager in the same department since September 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Safety for the New NY Bridge project, a high-profile $3.9 billion infrastructure initiative, from September 2013 to September 2016. Previously, Jon held the position of Safety Director at Ryan Fireprotection, overseeing the corporate safety program, and worked as Project Safety Manager at Flatiron Construction, where involvement included significant projects such as the I-35 Bridge Replacement in Minneapolis and various infrastructure projects in Florida. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Management from Indiana State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
