Leon Pridgen has extensive experience in operations and web design. Currently, Pridgen serves as a Clamp Operator at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. since December 2017. Previously, Pridgen held the position of Operations Team Lead at Vitacost.com from December 2011 to September 2017, overseeing a team of 30 in the Packing, Shipping, and Problem Solving Departments. In 2011, Pridgen founded A Pridgen Creation, focusing on web design and creating business Facebook pages. Earlier career experience includes working as a factory worker at Stanley Furniture Co from January 1989 to January 2008, where a diverse range of tasks was performed across various job roles. Pridgen holds two Associate’s Degrees from Davidson County Community College, one in Web Technology and another in Computer Technology Integration with a Digital Media Emphasis.
