Monte Young

Monte Young is an experienced professional in the cabinetry and manufacturing industry, currently serving as Project Manager at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Monte has held significant positions at Mid Continent Cabinetry since 2006, including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Continuous Improvement, and Territory Sales Manager. Monte also contributed to Wellborn Forest Cabinetry as Director of Continuous Improvement from October 2021 to October 2022, and was a Plant Manager at MasterBrand Cabinets from 2000 to 2006. Earlier career experiences include Plant Manager roles at Frigidaire Corp. and Glacier Vandervell, as well as scheduling responsibilities at Glacier Vandervell starting in 1986. Monte holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa, completed between 1979 and 1984.
