Steve Matlon

Steve Matlon is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the home improvement industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Retail Sales at MasterBrand Cabinets since September 2001, Steve manages the Menards account in the Home Center channel, overseeing annual volume forecasting and profitability for all cabinet and bath vanity lines. Previous roles at MasterBrand Cabinets include Director of National Accounts and National Account Manager, where responsibilities included growing market share and exploring new distribution channels. Earlier experience at James Hardie Building Products from 1998 to 2000 encompassed positions such as National Sales Manager for Manufactured Housing and Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager. Steve Matlon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University, attained in 1986.
