Eric Ayamba is a co-founder of Jasper Primary School in Nyairongo, which empowers disadvantaged children, particularly girls, through education and personal development. Concurrently, Eric serves as a Mastercard Foundation Baobab Advocate, training over 400 students at USIU-Africa and conducting research on the effectiveness of the Baobab networking platform. As the Scholars' Council President, Eric has organized events for more than 500 scholars each year, facilitating their integration into Kenyan society. Additional experiences include internships at FSD Africa, African Leadership Academy, BRAC International, and ChuChu Softies, focusing on finance, education, and project management. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the United States International University - Africa and has participated in various leadership and educational programs.
