Evatt Ngale

Evatt Ngale is the Head of People & Culture (BP) for the West African Economic and Monetary Union at the Mastercard Foundation. They previously served as the Africa Regional Human Resources Manager at Helen Keller International, where they partnered with regional and country directors to align HR policies across offices. Evatt held various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager at Save the Children UK and Regional People Officer at Catholic Relief Services. They earned an LL.B (Hons) in Law from the University of Buea, an MBA from the ALU School of Business, and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University.
