Ruan Nel

Ruan Nel serves as the CFO at Mastercare SA, where they lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance of the organization. Prior to this role, Ruan worked at Mabilo Investments, a registered KFC franchisee, for nearly five years in various capacities including Finance Manager, Management Accountant, and Strategic Director Support, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting and cash flow management within the quick-service restaurant industry. Ruan also held the position of Director at New Yellow Solar (Pty) Ltd and completed their articles at Kreston Pretoria. They are currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from Regent Business School and hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of South Africa. Ruan is passionate about leveraging financial insights to drive business improvement and sustainable growth.
