Advait Shukla

Advait Shukla's work experience begins with a current position as a Senior Android Software Engineer II at MasterClass starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they had extensive experience at Amazon, where they served as a Software Engineer from March 2018 to April 2021, working on the design, development, and maintenance of features for the Amazon Music platform and the Amazon Appstore (Android). Advait'sresponsibilities included conducting growth experiments, participating in multi-team efforts to launch features on iOS and Android, and collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and technical project managers to deliver native and server-driven features. Advait also worked closely with quality assurance teams to ensure secure and high-quality code.

Before joining Amazon, Advait completed a Software Development Engineer Internship at Amazon in 2013, where they built a customer-facing project with input from mentors and senior engineers. Additionally, they served as a Software Engineer Intern at Bank of America in 2012, during which they developed scripts for software deployments and worked on finding mobile solutions for bank branches.

Advait Shukla pursued their education at Rutgers University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics during the same time period at Rutgers University.
