Alessandra M.

Alessandra M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alessandra is currently working at MasterClass as a Senior DEI Manager, focusing on DEI and Social Impact within the People department. Prior to this, Alessandra worked at Trinity Life Sciences, where they held several positions. Alessandra started as a Project Consultant in the Life Sciences Strategic Advisory division in 2014 and gradually progressed to become an Engagement Manager, DEI Manager, Associate Principal, and finally an Associate Director of DEI. Before joining Trinity Life Sciences, Alessandra worked as a Research Associate at the Applied Biotechnology Institute from 2009 to 2013.

Alessandra M. graduated Cum Laude in Organismic and Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
