Amy Richardson

Amy Richardson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel at MasterClass since July 2023. Prior to this role, Amy worked as an Associate at Goodwin from October 2018 to July 2023, representing a diverse range of clients in significant transactions. Amy's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where advisory work encompassed mergers and acquisitions as well as debt financing for private equity clients. Additional legal experience includes a role as a Research Assistant for retired Major General Charles J. Dunlap, Jr. and as a Summer Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, along with internships focused on project finance at GRATA Law Firm. Amy holds a Juris Doctor and LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
