Jen Pao

Jen Pao has extensive work experience in the marketing and creative operations field. Jen is currently working as the Senior Director of Creative & Marketing Operations at MasterClass, a position they started in December 2022. Prior to their current role, Jen worked at Lyft from 2017 to 2022, where they served as the Director of Creative Operations. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Venables Bell and Partners as the Director of Project Management & Creative Services/Recruiting. Before that, Jen held various roles at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, including Group Operations Director, Account Operations Director, and Account Manager, between 2008 and 2013. Jen began their career at JWT in 2007 as an Account Supervisor and then moved to Foote, Cone & Belding in 2005, where they also worked as an Account Supervisor. Jen started their career at Circline, Inc in 2000 as a Sales/Marketing Associate.

Jen Pao attended Bellaire High School from 1992 to 1996. Jen then pursued their higher education at NYU Stern School of Business from 1996 to 2000, majoring in Marketing and International Business.
