Kevin Yung

Kevin Yung is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and content acquisition. Currently serving as General Counsel at MasterClass since January 2021, Kevin previously held roles at Twitch as Associate General Counsel and at Vessel as Senior Counsel, focusing on corporate matters and content agreements. Earlier in the career, Kevin worked at Marvell Semiconductor as Senior Corporate Counsel, where responsibilities included public company compliance and disclosures. Kevin started as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP, specializing in financing transactions and corporate compliance, following experience at Weil Gotshal and Manges in capital markets. Kevin holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from UC San Diego.
