Lauren Melnikoff

Lauren Melnikoff has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lauren is currently working at MasterClass as an Account Executive, Enterprise Partnerships, a role they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at MasterClass from December 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining MasterClass, Lauren worked at SEPHORA for several years. Lauren'slast position at SEPHORA was Director, Talent and Business Operations (HQ Store), where they managed a flagship store, overseeing a team of 150+ employees and driving operational initiatives for store profitability. Lauren held this role from March 2016 to December 2019.
