Minnie Fong

Minnie Fong has a diverse and extensive work experience. Minnie currently holds the position of VP of Business Operations and Strategy at MasterClass since 2021. Previously, they worked at Imperfect Foods, where they held multiple roles, including VP Pricing, Planning & Commercial Strategy, VP Business Operations & Strategy, and VP Expansion. During their time at Imperfect Foods, Minnie redesigned the pricing strategy, built a new pricing program, developed a regional pricing strategy, and launched a shipping program partnership with FedEx. Minnie also developed a nationwide expansion strategy and created a playbook that enabled the company to rapidly expand its coverage across the US.

Before joining Imperfect Foods, Minnie worked at Memebox Corporation as the Head of E-commerce Operations. In this role, they established processes and built a team structure to facilitate scaling of the e-commerce business. Minnie also managed day-to-day operations, including overseeing buying, merchandising, planning, supply chain, and customer service.

Minnie's earlier experiences include founding their own company, Fresh Picks, and working as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Minnie also spent four years at Unilever as a Senior Assistant Brand Manager, where they managed various major food brands and led cross-functional teams for brand growth and product launches. Minnie also coordinated marketing efforts for a feeding program in collaboration with the UN World Food Program and local non-profits.
