Tamara Jordan

Tamara Jordan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Tamara began their career as a Lab Assistant at the Pamela Yelick Lab at Tufts Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences in 2009. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Educator at Peer Health Exchange, delivering health education workshops to high school students and mentoring junior educators. In 2013, they joined America Reads as a Literacy and Math Tutor, helping students improve their reading and math skills.

Tamara then transitioned into the tech industry, starting as an Intern in User Operations and Executive Assistant at Piazza Technologies Inc. in 2014. Tamara quickly got promoted and provided user support for a large user base. Tamara also worked as a Product Manager, where they collaborated with various teams to drive new features and conducted user feedback sessions.

After their time at Piazza, Tamara joined Square as an Account Manager in 2016, where they managed accounts and provided customer support. Tamara then moved to MasterClass in 2017 and held various software engineering roles, including Software Engineer, Software Engineer II, and Senior Software Engineer.
