Yan-David Erlich

Yan-David (Yanda) Erlich is a technology investor and former executive, currently serving as a General Partner at B Capital, where they focus on investments in technology and AI startups from seed-stage to pre-IPO. Most recently, Yanda held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Weights & Biases, leading their global sales and operational strategies. Yanda is a four-time venture-backed founder and CEO of several startups, including Parsable, ChoiceVendor, Mogad, and Happiness Engines, with notable exits to LinkedIn and Qualcomm. They started their career at Google and Microsoft and hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rice University, as well as an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
