MASTERCOACH is the World's First Action-based Coaching App for Growing People and Performance.

It is also the story of two leadership coaches seeking to put a tool in the hands of today's busy managers - who face the uphill challenge of juggling between delivering performance and developing employees.

So many leaders we have met along our corporate training journey desire to engage and develop their employees, but simply can't find the time to have that meaningful conversation or sharpen their coaching skills.

Our Heartbeat - Helping Managers Become Better Coaches, who can support employees to grow and succeed in three powerful steps - 1. DISCOVER and Activate Strengths, 2. DEVELOP Insights-led Actions, 3. DEDICATE to Follow Through.

MasterCoach's design was influenced by Gallup's research which showed that leaders of high-performing teams do three things - 1. Spotlight strengths, 2. Collaborate to set clear performance goals, and 3. Check in regularly on progress.

MasterCoach cuts through lengthy and costly training programmes to enable managers to coach effectively and quickly - with its simple and intuitive features.
