Dawn Irons is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in the life sciences and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Product Quality Intelligence at MasterControl, Dawn has a proven track record in managing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and addressing market needs. Prior roles include Lead Product Manager at OpenText, where responsibilities included overseeing Documentum for Quality & Manufacturing solutions, and serving as a Senior Business Analyst at CSC, guiding implementations for life sciences customers. Dawn’s experience also encompasses product management and pre-sales consulting positions at Emerson Process Management, Catalent, Centocor, and GlaxoSmithKline. Dawn holds a Master of Science in Business Intelligence & Analytics from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Penn State University.
