Emily Rushton

Emily Rushton has extensive experience in project management and services enablement, currently serving as Senior Manager of Services Enablement and Senior Manager of the Project Management Office at MasterControl since December 2018. Prior to MasterControl, Emily held various leadership roles at MRM//McCann from June 2013 to November 2018, including Director of Project Management and Program Manager. Emily co-founded LBD Games and served as Head of Production from August 2009 to May 2013, where collaboration with stakeholders and project scheduling were key responsibilities. Earlier in Emily's career, roles included Executive Producer at Sensory Sweep and Adjunct Teacher and Assistant Softball Coach at Salt Lake Community College. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Family and Human Development from the University of Utah and a Master's degree in Education from the University of Phoenix.
