Jason Garrard

Jason Garrard has a solid work experience spanning over 15 years. Jason is currently working as the Director of Procurement at MasterControl since February 2020. Prior to that, they were a Finance Manager at Nu Skin Enterprises, where they played a crucial role in managing the product portfolio and margin analysis. During their tenure at Nu Skin, Jason designed a gross margin analytical tool that significantly reduced the time required for margin variance explanations and forecasting. Jason also contributed to saving around $10 million annually on packaging through a sustainability initiative.

Before joining Nu Skin, Jason worked at IM Flash, where they held multiple roles including Cost Accounting Supervisor, Senior FP&A Financial Analyst (Business Plan), Senior FP&A Financial Analyst, and FP&A Financial Analyst. Jason actively contributed to financial planning and analysis, playing a critical role in business planning and cost control.

Jason started their career at the City of Cedar Hills as an Assistant Director of Finance and Community Services Director. Jason also gained experience at MarketStar as a Lead Generation Coordinator and at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Marketing Management Intern.

Jason Garrard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Brigham Young University in 2007. Jason also received a B.S. in Business Management from the same university in the same year. In 2011, they completed their M.B.A in Finance from the University of Utah. Additionally, they obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2011.
