Justin Sheehy has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Justin started their career at Sun Microsystems as a Support Engineer before moving up to the role of Hardware Specialist, where they were responsible for working on escalated technical issues and providing training across EMEA. Justin then joined Oracle as a Mission Critical Escalation Consultant, where they effectively managed critical customer escalations and facilitated problem resolution and communication within the company. Justin later became the EMEA Service Operations IT Senior Manager at Oracle, responsible for managing major incident problems and ensuring effective problem resolution. Currently, Justin is working at MasterControl as the Director of Enterprise Support, overseeing support operations and providing strategic direction in managing customer issues. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
