Sue Marchant

Sue Marchant has extensive experience in product management, with a focus on data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing. Sue has held various senior positions in companies such as MasterControl, NICE Ltd, NICE inContact, and Attensity. Sue Marchant has also worked as a consultant, providing product management, technical writing, quality assurance, and training development services to software companies. Additionally, they founded their own company, RX Expense Software Solutions, where they served as the Chief Product Officer and developed a SaaS product. Prior to their career in product management, Sue Marchant worked as a Central Closing, Documentation & Training Manager at Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Sue Marchant is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University. Sue has also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the same university.
