Nima Nili is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development and management. As the Principal Owner of GothamWest Development since June 2004, Nima leads a privately held company specializing in residential, retail, and mixed-use properties. In addition, Nima co-founded HostTempo in December 2017, a platform designed to assist short- and mid-term property managers in enhancing operations and profitability. Nima also serves as an Operations Coordinator at Mastercool Inc. since September 1997, contributing to a family-owned manufacturer of tools and equipment for the automotive and HVAC/R industry. Nima holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.
