Phil Walker, CCXP has a diverse work experience in the digital and web services industry. Phil started their career at Philips Consumer Electronics as a Web Services Manager, where they were responsible for managing the philips.com and magnavox.com service websites. In 2005, they joined MasterCraft Boat Company as a Webmaster, overseeing the design and development of all websites and digital applications for the MasterCraft brand. Phil received several awards for their work during this time. Phil then progressed to become the eBusiness Director for MasterCraft Boat Holdings, where they directed all front office websites and digital applications for the company's brand holdings. Recently, they were promoted to the role of Director of Front Office at MasterCraft Boat Company, where they are responsible for driving continuous improvement and innovation for all consumer facing digital properties and dealer network systems. Phil also manages Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud business processes and enterprise information systems integrations.
Phil Walker, CCXP has a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum University, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Phil also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Their high school education was completed at Cedarburg High School in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. In 2019, Phil obtained the Certified Consumer Experience Professional (CCXP) certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
