Tim Patterson

Tim Patterson has a diverse work experience in the boating industry. Tim started at MasterCraft Boat Company in 2008, where they held various roles such as Supply Management Specialist, Purchasing Lead, Supplier Quality Engineer, and Service Parts Manager. In these roles, they managed supply chain functionalities, developed supplier scorecards, led negotiations with suppliers, and implemented lean ordering principles. In 2017, Tim joined Bryant Boats as the Director of Supply Chain before returning to MasterCraft Boat Company in 2017 as the Materials Manager and later becoming the Director of Back Office Processes & Systems.

Tim Patterson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Logistics and Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, where they attended from 2003 to 2007.
