Todd Vogel

Todd Vogel has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Todd started their career at EY as a Manager in Assurance Services, where they audited various public and private companies, primarily in the energy industry. Todd also worked as a Manager in Information Technology at EY.

Todd then moved on to Penn Virginia Corporation, where they held multiple managerial roles. Todd oversaw treasury and accounts payable accounting staff, managed oil and gas accounting, and prepared financial statements and SEC filings.

After Penn Virginia, Todd worked at PVR Partners L.P., where they served as a Director in both Internal and External Financial Reporting and Coal and Midstream Accounting. In these roles, they worked closely with the Controller, Executive Management, and Operational Management, directing the SEC filing process and overseeing financial consolidation.

Following their time at PVR Partners L.P., Todd joined Miller Energy Resources as the Director of Accounting. Todd worked closely with the local management teams in Tennessee and Alaska, addressing accounting issues and implementing monthly close calendars.

Before their current position, Todd worked at NN, Inc. as the Corporate Controller and Manager of SEC Reporting. In these roles, they provided timely and accurate data to support business operations.

Currently, Todd Vogel is the Director of Financial Reporting at MasterCraft Boat Company. Todd collaborates closely with Executive and Operational Management, ensuring the provision of accurate and timely data for business operations. Todd also directs the SEC filing process.

Todd Vogel attended the University of Houston from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting.
