Tobes W. is a London-based expert in Learning Operations and Leadership Development with a strong background in Higher Education. Currently serving as a Functional Skills Lead and a Global DEI Member at Multiverse, Tobes has demonstrated leadership by developing innovative curriculums and managing high-level stakeholders. Previously, Tobes was the youngest Assistant Headteacher in the UK at Enfield Learning Trust, achieving an 'Outstanding' mock Ofsted result. With a Postgraduate degree in Education and Social Justice, a PGCE, and a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science, Tobes possesses a versatile skill set enriched by experiences in teaching, programme management, and graphic design. As a current member of the Voyage Youth Board of Trustees and founder of Griot London and Fiwi Coffee, Tobes is committed to making a positive impact across various sectors.
