Sylvia MacLure has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Sylvia started their career as a Human Resources Adviser at LOEB in 1996. In 1998, they joined Marconi plc as a Human Resources Manager and worked there until 2001. Sylvia then moved to Falcon Plastics, where they served as a Human Resources Manager until 2004.
