Mathieu FAMY has extensive experience in project management and commercial operations within the railway maintenance industry. Currently serving as the Directeur des Offres et des Projets at MASTERIS since August 2018, Mathieu is responsible for the offers and projects related to railway maintenance services both in France and internationally, focusing on effective project management processes to satisfy client needs and achieve quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Prior to this role, Mathieu held several positions at Alstom Transport from June 1999 to August 2018, including Project Manager for MI09 involving the delivery of 140 double-deck trains to RATP, Bid Manager for global Metro tenders, and Project Sourcing Manager managing procurement teams in Poland and Shanghai. Mathieu holds a Master's degree in Commerce from La Rochelle Université, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
