Ed R.

Ed R. began their career in 2002 as Supervisor of Data Processing Operations at the City of Atlantic City. In this role, they were the sole administrator of the ACPD Records Management System, Verizon Vesta E-911 Phone System, and Audiolog Voice & Data Recording System. Ed was responsible for maintaining continuous functionality of all Communications Bureau computer equipment, investigating and compiling all requests for recorded audio, adhering to State of New Jersey mandates/directives for electronic data retention, and training new personnel on operation and use of CAD/RMS. In 2012, they began working as IT Manager/Systems Administrator at Masterminds, where they supported a two office agency with 55 users and 100+ computers and equipment in a mixed Mac/PC environment. Ed provided hardware troubleshooting and software support, networking, server maintenance/management, and more.

Ed R. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from PennWest Edinboro between 1991 and 1995. Ed also obtained a Mac Basic Integration 10.8 certification from Apple in August 2013.
