Jeff Ross began their work experience in 1988 as a Software Engineer at Knudsen Engineering Limited and worked there until 1991. Jeff then joined Lockheed Martin as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they stayed until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, Jeff worked as a Software Manager at Nortel Networks. Jeff then moved on to DRS Technologies Canada Ltd., where they served as the Principal Software Architect from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, Jeff became a Technology Consultant at ACS Egham and worked there until 2008. Jeff returned to DRS Technologies Canada Ltd. in 2008 as the Principal Designer, Advanced Systems and remained in that role until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Jeff was the Founder of STEM design labs, providing various services and training in the "Maker" world. Since 2014, they have also been a Lecturer in Physical Computing at Carleton University. More recently, Jeff has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Brinx Software Inc since 2017.
Jeff Ross obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from Carleton University during the period of 1983 to 1988.
