MasterPrep is an AI interviewer that runs structured first-round screening at scale.

Companies use MasterPrep to interview thousands of candidates without burning human hours — holding a high quality bar, eliminating scheduling bottlenecks, and surfacing the strongest talent for human follow-up rounds.
What makes MasterPrep different:
→ Real-time voice interviews built specifically for evaluation, not just conversation
→ Behavioural pattern detection (Solution Traps, Logic Gaps) trained on real hiring data
→ Built-in AI plagiarism and cheating detection — critical for remote interviews
→ Depth of candidate feedback that helps hiring managers make decisions, fast
→ Adaptable across product, design, engineering, sales, and operations roles

Trusted by Razorpay and a few listed companies. Used at ISB and IIM Ahmedabad for campus recruitment.

How we work?
MasterPrep is a one-human company, run with a team of AI agents handling research, customer feedback synthesis, development, QA, production monitoring, and content. The product reflects how it's built — every workflow optimized for what AI does best, every decision reviewed by the human in the loop. The same philosophy we bring to hiring: AI does the volume, humans make the calls.
