Be in business for yourself, not by yourself.

We are a boutique mortgage broker group with a track record of mentoring and coaching mortgage brokers to business success. We help new to industry brokers as well as experienced brokers.

Masters Broker Group was created to mentor and coach Mortgage Brokers who want to build - and grow - a top performing business in a systematic way.

Our philosophy is our point of difference. We not only educate brokers with the technical aspects of being a mortgage broker, but we also mentor and guide brokers on how to run a successful business, and how to maintain a positive mindset to ensure success - both in business and in life.

We believe that by investing the time with you - ongoing - it increases your chances of success. We provide you with the advice, tools, templates, systems, processes and know-how to help you grow your mortgage broking practice in a predictable way.

Masters Broker Group is headed by two successful and trusted mortgage professionals within the industry;

• Mario Borg has been recognised as one of Australia’s top Mortgage Brokers having been listed on the MPA Top 100 prestige leaderboard for 12 years running, with total residential home loan settlements of ~$1billion during his mortgage broking career.

• Andrew Tan has a proven track record of consistently turning new - and existing - mortgage brokers into award-winning brokers.

Our vision is to mentor and coach mortgage brokers to build profitable and sustainable businesses.

We have the structure, the systems, and ongoing support you need to successfully achieve your business goals.
