James Kunau

James Kunau has a diverse work experience. James started their career in 2015 at Target, where they held various positions including Cashier, Guest Service Team Member, Backroom Team Member, and Logistics Merch Brand. In 2017, they founded their own music band called Intrinsic, where they served as the Lead Guitarist. In 2019, they joined Apple as a Sales Specialist, later becoming a Technical Specialist and finally a Genius Administrator. Additionally, in 2019, they also worked as a Non-Licensed Support Professional Intern at North Oaks Financial Group, where they assisted clients with integrating their brokerage accounts and managed social media accounts. Currently, they work at Masterswitch IT, LLC as a Mac Team Support Engineer.

James Kunau obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Music Business from Augsburg University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained certification as an Apple Certified Technician for Pro Products from Apple in August 2021.
