Johnny Dawson

Johnny Dawson is a Gulf Coast Construction Manager at MasterTech Services, Inc., where they oversee cooling tower projects, including new construction and reconstruction. Previously, Johnny held various roles in the construction industry, including Carpenter Foreman at Xcel Erectors and Construction Superintendent at Ceramic Cooling Tower Corporation. They also served as Regional Sales Manager-Reconstruction for SPX Cooling Technologies, managing sales in multiple markets. Johnny's earlier experience includes a role as a Technical Control Communications Specialist in the United States Army and as Director of Construction for Xcel Erectors from 2009 to 2016. Johnny completed their high school education at Center High School.
